Biography

Cheng-Hung Chen received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in computer science and information engineering from the Chaoyang University of Technology, Taiwan, in 2002 and 2004, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and control engineering from the National Chiao-Tung University, Taiwan, in 2008. Currently, he is a Professor of Electrical Engineering Department, National Formosa University, Yunlin County, Taiwan. His current research interests are fuzzy systems, neural networks, evolutionary algorithms, intelligent control, and evolutionary robots. He has authored or coauthored more than 50 papers published in the referred journals and conference proceedings. He is an Editorial Board Member of the Journal of Advances in Applied & Computational Mathematics since 2014 and a Review Board Member of Applied Intelligence since 2015. He is also a member of the Chinese Fuzzy Systems Association (CFSA), the Taiwanese Association for Artificial Intelligence (TAAI), and the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society.
